Vé Wellness - Privé Sauna

To ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the peace and luxury we offer, we kindly ask you to respect the following house rules:

Access and age

• Children under 16 years of age may only enter the wellness area when accompanied by an adult.
• Access to the wellness requires a valid reservation, either as a hotel guest or as a day visitor.
• Out of respect for the next guests and to allow us sufficient time for cleaning, we kindly ask you to present yourself at reception promptly at the end of your reserved time slot. In case of exceeding this time, we reserve the right to charge an additional hour.

Health and safety

• Use of the wellness facilities is at your own risk. In case of doubt, please consult a doctor, especially if you have health issues or are taking medication.
• We recommend drinking sufficient water, particularly when using the saunas, jacuzzi or steam bath.

Peace and relaxation

• It is strictly forbidden to bring alcohol or drugs into the wellness area.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the wellness area.
• The emergency exit may only be opened in case of emergency.

Hygiene

• Please use the showers before entering the pool, sauna or steam bath.
• General hygiene is very important in a wellness complex. Please keep the area tidy.
• Please leave towels and bathrobes in the designated areas.
• We kindly ask you not to use personal care products (such as shampoo, soap, etc.) in the sauna or swimming pool.
• Meals must be consumed at the designated table.

Liability

• Vé Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
• We reserve the right to refuse access in case of inappropriate behavior or failure to comply with the house rules.

In case of violation of the house rules, including but not limited to aggressive behavior, vandalism, use of prohibited substances, smoking, or failure to respect hygiene rules, Hotel Vé reserves the right to immediately deny access without refund of paid amounts and to impose a fine of at least €250, without prejudice to the right to claim additional compensation.

In certain cases, the police may also be contacted.

We understand that plans can change. That is why we offer flexible cancellation options. Please read the cancellation policy below carefully:

• Free cancellation or rescheduling is possible up to 48 hours in advance.
• In case of cancellation within this period, no refund or rescheduling will be possible.
