Overview

These terms of service apply to your use of the Relaxy platform, which connects visitors with wellness partners and facilitates bookings between them. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Using the platform

Relaxy provides a booking platform where visitors can search for and reserve wellness services, and where partner organizations can manage their offerings and calendar. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and to keep the information you provide accurate and up to date.

Google Calendar integration

Partner organizations and Relaxy staff can optionally connect a Google account to sync their Google Calendar with their Relaxy calendar, and to schedule meetings that take existing appointments into account.

When you enable this connection, Relaxy requests access to:

• Your Google Calendar events (read), to avoid double bookings
• Creating and updating events in a dedicated Relaxy calendar, or creating meeting invites on your own calendar
• The list of your available calendars, so you can choose which one to sync

This data is used solely to enable calendar synchronization and meeting scheduling within Relaxy. We never use your Google data for advertising purposes and never share it with third parties. Relaxy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect at any time, either through your Relaxy settings or through your Google account security settings . Once disconnected, Relaxy stops using your Google data and deletes the stored access tokens.

Responsibilities

Partner organizations are responsible for the accuracy of their offerings, prices, and availability. Relaxy acts as an intermediary platform and is not a party to the agreement between a visitor and a wellness partner.

Liability

Relaxy strives to keep the platform functioning correctly, but cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free or available without interruption. Relaxy is not liable for damages arising from the use of the platform, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Changes

Relaxy may update these terms of service from time to time. The date of the last change is shown at the bottom of this page. We will notify connected users in advance of any significant changes to the Google Calendar integration.
