House rules
1.1. The client is expected to behave appropriately, both in communications and online, in accordance with generally accepted standards. If, after repeated warnings, the client continues to display inappropriate behaviour, Blue Sage reserves the right to refuse the client access to the salon without providing a reason and without any right of recourse. If the client causes damage to other clients or property, compensation may be charged.
1.2. Smoking or eating is prohibited during a treatment.
1.3. Pets are not permitted in Blue Sage locations unless expressly authorised by Blue Sage.
1.4. Filming is strictly prohibited on Blue Sage premises unless expressly agreed upon with Blue Sage.
1.5. Blue Sage provides all necessary materials required for treatments, such as towels. Clients do not need to bring anything with them other than their appointment confirmation.
1.6. There are no shower facilities available.
Cancellation policy
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
In the event of a late cancellation or rescheduling (less than 24 hours in advance), we charge 50% of the treatment price. This helps us partially cover the reserved time and staff costs.
Whenever we can be flexible, we will be.
